PRAY FOR INDIA

This is what the LORD says, he who made the earth, the LORD who formed it and established it the LORD is his name: 3 'Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know (Jeremiah 33:2-3 2)

What is my responsibility towards my country? What is my duty for it? Brotherhood, friendship and kindness are scarce and peace has evaporated it seems; Rape, corruption, murder, cheating, have become the order of the day, as the unemployed youth become an easy target of the terrorists who are experts in exploiting such situation to their advantage.Terrorism has eaten into the root of an Indian society. Leaders of the country seem very much worried about it. Our country is almost on the brink of disintegration. Petty consideration of some regionalists also adding fuel to this fire of disintegration. What must a sincere Indian do? O God! Show us your way to call ourselves Indian. By prayers we can save our country.

There is nothing better than doing prayer whatever be the state of our life, Prayer helps us overcome obstacles and brings happiness into individuals, families, homes and in our country. Prayer is to speak with God, prayers can be made at all times and not just at the time of adversity. And when prayer in (secret) invokes Lord, the outcome is always a rewarding experience in (open). God meant prayer is what our spirit is to our bodies I waited patiently for the Lord and he inclined to me, and heard my cry (Psalms 40:1). Prayer is the spiritual communication with God. When we pray we can move God's hand and it will change our destiny, our neighborhood, our society, our country. A praying individual will not perish. A praying nation and its society will ever prosper. So, come and meet God in prayer, now, for our country.

Why should we pray to God? When the mind can no longer find a favorable solution to its immediate problems then it reverts to its only source, the Supreme Being who resides in every human. The guiding light of Lord is often available to everyone, without any discrimination, and at all times, Know therefore this day, and consider it in thine heart, that the LORD he is God in heaven above, and upon the earth beneath: there is none else. (Deut4:39). It is God the creator to whom we pray. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalms 46:1). we can't see some realities, it doesn't means that they are not real. How can we help seeing so much beauty and sweetness as the manifestation of God? How could He show Himself to us more smilingly? How can we talk of not seeing God when we see this? True, also, that beautiful as these things appear to physical eyes they must be still more beautiful to spiritual eyes Behold, the heaven and the heaven of heavens is the Lord's thy God, the earth also, with all that therein is. (Deut 10:14).

How to pray?

In Philippians 4:6 it says, Do not be anxious over anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication along with thanksgiving let your petitions be made known to God. He that comes to God must believe that He is. Believe when you pray, Basically prayer is simply talking to God just like you would talk to your very best friend. God cares deeply about each and every one of our problems and is just waiting for us to come to him with those problems. The Bible tells us over and over to constantly bring our problems to our Heavenly Father. Prayer is not to inform God of something which He may not be aware of or to try to convince Him to love us more. He already knows our needs and He has certainly shown his love. Prayer\'s purpose is to assist us in building our relationship with God. So that God shall say Yes he is my child and there fore he has the right to talk to me. Worship God as the truly living God bow before him in humble obedience, and then your Prayer will unleashes God\'s power so that he will be able to work on our behalf. Prayer will open the channels of God\'s blessing. Prayer is the only way that God accomplishes the things that he wants to see happen in our lives. Prayer opens new doors of opportunity for God to move in our life (individually, neighborhood, society, country). In fact we can view prayer like a door. we are on one side of a closed door and on the other side is God. But standing with God is all this incredible and unimaginable power. When we pray, it is our turning that doorknob and swinging that door wide open. For it is at that moment when all that power can step through that doorway and work for God\'s good, and for your good ( individually, neighborhood, society, country). Now pray with specific goals. Set specific goals. Set a clear goal that you may picture the country India you want. While praying believe that surely He will answer your prayers. You shall pray for your Nation individually, with family, with friends, in group. Start praying for your area, city, village, state and Country. Pray for prosperity, peace, safety & the progress of our Country.

Prayer is like a circle that begins and ends with God. Let now be our prayer originate only in our minds or on our tongues but be the deepest longing of our hearts so that they become true prayers. Let all of us offer our prayers firmly believing that God will surely answer them. Let our prayer be the cry from our heart for our country. So that our India will be known as country which shares Blessings of Peace, Love & prosperity of the Lord with the World.

Since God respects our freedom of choice and free will, prayer enables him to step into our lives. God has limited his powers in our lives to the importance that we place on prayer. Prayer gives God the permission to do what he has been longing to do all the time. Even when we do not see anything significant occurring, God is still at work solving the problem. When there are apparently no answers, God is still waiting for the proper time to give us the solution.
